ISSDC: Best Presentation

August 2021

Represented the UK, team awarded Best Presentation Skills. The International Space Settlement Design Competition is an annual competition supported by various Aerospace, Engineering, and Education organisations, including NASA.

UKSDC: National Winner

March 2021

Was part of the winning team for both regionals and nationals. The UK Space Design Competition is a science, engineering and business competition designed as a simulation of life in industry. Operated as a fictional company and spent a day preparing a presentation that showcased our design to meet the event’s Request for Proposal (RFP). Was a member of the Human Engineering team. Resulted in being selected to represent the UK in the International Space Settlement Design Competition.

University of Law: Regional Winner

December 2020

Entered the Real World Questions Essay Competition hosted by The University of Law, which entailed answering the question ‘How do businesses adapt to change effectively?’. Awarded the Regional Prize for the South & Wales.

UKMT Senior Kangaroo: Gold

November 2020

Achieved a Gold Certificate and Qualified for the British Maths Olympiad Round 1. Result: 120/125 [best in school]

Grade boundaries: Gold: 91/125, BMO1 qualification: 108/125.

TEDI-London: International Winner

August 2020

Won The Dean's Problem-Solver Award for the most 'inter-disciplinary' project in the international TEDI-London Thinking Ahead: Light Up summer programme. Submission involved designing a sustainable community structure in accordance to the needs of the groups below.
(attention deficient people, visually impaired, dementia patients, people with autism and people with mental health problems).
